A task is reserved as soon as you have completed it and it has been checked by us. This also means that the task has been completed correctly and there is nothing more to be done on your part.
We then just wait for confirmation from the respective partner company and as soon as this has happened, your points will be credited to you automatically.
How long this takes is different for each task and always depends on how quickly we receive feedback from the respective partner company. We have no direct influence on this ourselves.
However, we always try to credit your reward as quickly as possible and this usually happens within a few days. In individual cases, however, we may have to wait a while for feedback.
If you have to wait a while for confirmation, you don't need to worry and it's not because something is wrong with your task.
You can simply complete some other tasks on Rewards until you receive confirmation and if you have any questions, please contact our team at any time.
