There is a status for each task, which tells you what stage the task is at.

These are divided as follows:

Open:

This status appears for new jobs that you have not yet completed.

You can start completing the task straight away.

Review:

As soon as you have completed a task and it is being reviewed, your reward is automatically noted as "Review".

Reserved:

The rewards of tasks that have already been recorded in the tracking system are marked as "reserved ". This usually happens within a few hours of the transaction taking place.

Confirmed:

As soon as we have received the final confirmation from the partner company, we can book your rewards as "Confirmed".

The time until the final confirmation can vary depending on the partner - unfortunately we have no direct influence on this. Typically, this confirmation takes place after the return or blocking period of the respective task has expired.

Rejected:

If your task is rejected, there may be various reasons for this.
​

If you have provided incorrect information or have not uploaded the screenshot correctly, the task will be rejected.
