What does it mean if my cashback is "reserved"?

Your cashback is marked as "reserved" after your order is recorded in the system. This can take up to 72 hours. After that, your cashback will appear as reserved credit.

Depending on the partner company, it may take varying amounts of time for your cashback to be finally confirmed. Once the holding or return period has passed, the partner company will confirm your cashback. Once this happens, your cashback will be marked as "available" and you can request a payout.

If you're waiting for confirmation, there's no need to worry – it doesn't mean there's an issue with your cashback. In the meantime, you can continue completing other tasks on Rewards. If you have any questions, our team is always available to assist you.
