What does it mean when my task is “reserved”?

The rewards of tasks that have already been recorded in the tracking system are marked as "reserved". This usually happens within a few hours after the transaction has taken place.

As soon as we have received the final confirmation from the partner company, we can book your rewards as "Confirmed".

The time until the final confirmation can vary depending on the partner - unfortunately we have no direct influence on this. Typically, this confirmation takes place after the return or blocking period of the respective task has expired.
