If the status is not updating, the following reasons could be causing the issue:

- You did not consent to tracking (iOS only).

- You have previously installed the game.

- You have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times.

- You did not download the game via our link.

- You are not in the correct geographic location or are using a VPN.

- The specified testing period has already expired.

- You have played the game on multiple devices.

- You played the game on a tablet or iPad instead of a phone (game tests are only for phones).

- Your device does not have the latest version of the operating system.
