Once you start a game test, your points will be automatically synchronized. However, it's essential that you download the game exclusively through the link on our platform, as points will not be credited otherwise.
To ensure everything is working correctly, simply complete the first step and check if your points are updated in your Rewards account. If this works without any issues, you can be confident that all subsequent steps will be synchronized as well.
If the status is not updating, the following issues may be the cause:
- You haven't consented to tracking (iOS only).
- You have already installed the game previously.
- You have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times.
- You didn't download the game through our link.
- You are not located in the required region or are using a VPN.
- You have exceeded the specified testing period.
- You have played the game on multiple devices.
- You played the game on a tablet or iPad, which is not supported (game tests are only for phones).
- Your device does not have the latest operating system version installed.
