In this article, we explain how to ensure that tracking is activated. As long as you do not activate app tracking, you cannot earn points.
This step is exclusively for iOS users and is not required on Android devices.
As soon as you install an app through our link, you will receive a tracking notification to which you must agree. The notification looks like this:
Press "Allow" here so that we can track your progress and credit you your points.
How do I check if I have agreed to tracking?
If you want to make sure that you have actually agreed to tracking, go to the settings on your iPhone and scroll down until you find the respective app.
Click on the app and check if the checkbox for tracking is ticked. If the checkbox is not present at all, this means that you have declined tracking.
