1. pay close attention and read the questions carefully

If you are inattentive and do not read the questions carefully, it can quickly happen that answers contradict each other and you will be excluded from the survey. This can also lead to you being excluded from future surveys.

So take your time, read the questions and answer them to the best of your ability.

2. answer the questions honestly

If you do not answer the questions honestly, the answers will sooner or later contradict each other, which will lead to surveys being canceled and you being excluded from future surveys.

3. answer the questions clearly

Please make sure that you answer the questions in such a way that an outsider can also understand what you mean by your answer. This also means that you only answer the questions in the language in which the survey is conducted.

If this is not the case, the provider may exclude you from future surveys.

4. do not try to complete the survey quickly

If you try to complete the survey too quickly, your answers will suffer and you will make careless mistakes.

6. do not use an ad blocker

Ad blockers may prevent you from seeing certain content during the survey, which means you will not be able to complete the survey successfully.

It is also possible that you cannot even start a survey because it cannot load correctly due to the ad blocker.

7. conduct surveys only in the permitted countries

If you have registered with a place of residence in Germany, for example, you will also receive German surveys.

However, if you are not located in Germany (or in the country you specify), the survey provider will recognize this and you will be excluded from future surveys.

8. keep your browser up to date

If your browser is not up to date or you are using an atypical browser, this may limit the functionality of the survey.

It is also possible that the survey cannot start correctly if your browser is not up to date.

9. do not use offensive/inappropriate language

Make sure that you formulate your answers in a friendly and polite manner.

If you give offensive/abusive answers, you will be excluded from the current survey and from all future surveys.

10. create only one Rewards account

It is not allowed to create multiple accounts on Rewards. and both we and the survey providers will recognize this.
