When you start a game test, your points are synchronized completely automatically.
Please note that you must only download the game via our link, otherwise the points will not be credited.
To check whether you have done everything correctly and the points are updated, complete the first step and check whether the points are updated on Rewards.
If this works without any problems, you have done everything correctly and can assume that all further steps will also work.
If the status does not update, the following errors may have occurred:
•Tracking is not working properly because you have not confirmed it (iOS only)
•You have already installed the game once before
•You have installed the game multiple times by deleting and reinstalling it
•You have not installed the game via our link
•You are not in the required geographical location or are using a VPN
•You exceeded the day limit
•You have played the game on several different devices
•You have not played the game on mobile. The game tests are not designed for tablets/iPads.
To check whether you have consented to tracking, go to the settings, select the respective app and check whether the check mark has been set for tracking.
