Windows:
Option 1:
To take a screenshot, press and hold these three keys simultaneously: Windows logo + Shift + S.
You can copy a screenshot to the clipboard with the key combination Ctrl + Print or save a screenshot directly as a JPG with Windows + Print.
Option 2:
In some cases, the "Snipping Tool" is already pre-installed. When you call up the program, a window opens. Click on "New" to minimize the program and the mouse pointer turns into a cross. If you draw a frame around the area you want to take a screenshot of, you will take a screenshot. It will be created as soon as you release the left mouse button.
Mac:
Option 1:
To take a screenshot of the entire screen, hold down these three keys simultaneously: Shift, Command and 3.
Option 2:
To take a screenshot of only a specific part of the screen, press and hold these three keys simultaneously: Shift, Command and 4.
